LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

One of the core values of Richmond Baptist is to develop Christ-like leaders. Our essence of developing leaders is the leadership style of our Lord Jesus Christ who spent most of his time helping the disciples to Encounter God, Equip them with the word of God and Empower them to go and make disciples of all nations.

The Leadership Development Program at Richmond Baptist is a one and half years program that is designed to be a leadership journey that combines hands-on experience in a key area of ministry with practical leadership training.

Our vision is: “To foster and multiply Christ-like Servant leaders who enhance the ministry of Richmond Baptist in their local communities and the world.”
